Can I ride my Two Wheeler ?

Levi's new fun thing is to practice his Two Wheeler. Dad took some video of him on the bike path, he's getting better at starting by himself. My only kid who learned to ride this young. 3 yrs old ! (almost 4). The others learned around 6 yrs old.
